The basic terms of services for all types of distribution services:
Duration
The minimal term of the distribution contract is 24 months. The contract is not exclusive. The software developer can sell their product himself.
Price policy
As the distributor we coordinate a price policy. Both sides - the developer and the distributor preliminary define selling prices and approval discounts. We can not sell software products cheaper than the developer. The developer can not sell their software products cheaper than the distributor.
Sales channels
If the developer wishes to limit the distributor to use some sales channels, to define prohibited channels or countries - it will be defined before the signing of the software distribution contract.
AD efforts
Big sales are needed in AD and promotion. The developer should advertise and promote their product. The marketing budget is an investment - such important, like the development process itself. Without AD expenditures from the developer’s side the distributor will not bring rusks of promotion and selling.
Distributor's AD expenses
If the developer has no budget for advertising and promoting the product- the distributor can bring these expenditures. The terms will be negotiated. It can be guaranteed a 5-years distribution contract without possibility of termination with (or without) exclusive distribution rights. The final terms will be defined by both sides.
Tech support
The developer must provide technical support under concluded terms: support declared languages, channels, working hours and duration for answering requests of users.
Distribution fees
The distribution commission fees of the software distributor are on average level for this market. Commission fees are negotiable for each certain case.
Sending the client's data
Sending the client's data from the distributor to the developer for the purpose of licenses accounting - one time a week. Payments collecting and sending to the developer - after each operating month.
Fixing bugs
The developer must fix all bugs / dysfunctions, technical problems, encountered in their software, and after that to provide updated versions to all users who purchased the product.

If your current UI is on the language which is a different from English - you need an English-language UI.
Full compliance:
Privacy policy, including personal data collecting, processing, and saving, cookie policy (for non-essential cookies), terms of use, the package of document of fulfillment of all necessary requirements
English-language tech support:
If your current UI and tech support are on the language which is a different from English - you need to organize an additional certain-language tech support
Tech support for local markets / languages:
If users at the certain market speak the language which is a different from English - you need an appropriate UI interface and tech support
Clear tariffs / plans:
We can not accept the tariff plan "Over X/XX Euro" / mo/yr. Customers can't
