After each sale the distributor sends a full info about a client / buyer for the authorizing purpose and avoiding non-sanctioned usage of the software by third parties.
Timing: once a week.

Reports to the software developer:
Number of sales.
Selling prices.
Buyers ID and their countries and languages for the tech support purpose.
Revenue and revenue with deduction of value added tax or sales tax.
Copies of documents of payments VAT or / and sales taxes in each country of the software products selling.
Invoice on commission fees.
Timing: Weekly: the 2nd day after each week.

STEP: PAYMENTS
Selling revenues transfer to the developer after deduction of commission fees.
Timing: Weekly: the 3rd day after each week. If the sum is less than 1000 USD - 1 time every two weeks.
